An article published online by a website that asserts, "There are no conspiracy theories, they are all true," claimed the government of Norway was facing an indictment as part of a supposed "2nd Nuremberg Tribunal."

The article said a group of researchers from Norway filed a lawsuit "against the nation's corona policy," and that the Norwegian government was being sued for crimes against humanity.

But according to the Norwegian government, there is no information about such an indictment.

In an email to Lead Stories on April 9, 2021, the Legal Affairs Department in Norway's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said:

"The Norwegian Government has no information on the issue you raise beyond what appears from the online article ..."

Asked whether the government would know about such an indictment, the Legal Affairs Department replied:

"Yes, we assume that such circumstance would be known."
