NO

Fauci, who is director of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and Food and Drug Administration officer Marks testified before the U.S. Senate on May 11, 2021, where they were asked how many of their employees were vaccinated.

Fauci and Marks told the Senate it was probably about 60%, which is higher than the 47% of U.S. adults fully vaccinated. But contrary to a post on social media, Fauci and Marks did not say any employees were "refusing" the vaccine.

While testifying on the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, Fauci and Marks were questioned by Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C. They were not asked how many of their employees were "refusing" a vaccine -- they were asked how many had received a COVID-19 vaccine.
