Did the CDC publish 'concentration camp protocol,' preparing for mass imprisonment in COVID-19 outbreaks?

An article and video published online make false claims about Centers for Disease Control guidelines that were last updated in mid-2020 regarding how to handle COVID-19 outbreaks in humanitarian situations or refugee camps in countries like Chad, Myanmar and Syria.

The CDC guidelines, which specifically refer to those three countries as having limited resources and health care in areas such as refugee camps, are not preparation for transporting U.S. citizens with COVID-19 to "concentration camps."

The online article and video refer to "Green Zone concentration camp protocol," and the CDC guidelines do use the term "Green Zone." But the CDC defines "Green Zone" as an area for people deemed "high risk" of contracting COVID-19. In situations such as refugee camps, this area would keep people who are at a high risk separated from people who are deemed to be low risk.
